99.99% uptime server SLA. Other providers only offer SLAs on the network. Our SLA includes the server and the storage.

Much better than dedicated servers. One of the HUGE differences with our services and dedicated servers, is recovery time. In a dedicated environment, the best they can do is promise hadware vendor turn around times. They don’t guarantee to fix the problem. Also, the terms of the hardware vendor often include onsite review first by the customer, and even then their SLA is just to respond, not necessarily solve the issue.
So under a dedicated server, its easy to have 4-10 hours of outage in a disaster.
Our services talk about recovery times much much shorter, and are backed by financial penalties.
Financial Penalties. For customers on the enterprise plan, we offer $1000/hr refund for all outages, or 20%, whichever is greater. For all other plans, we offer 20% refund per hour. This is much more than other providers. conditions apply.
